Peach salad with Parma ham and mozzarella

INGREDIENTS

- 3 peaches
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 1 handful of rocket
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 C. white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- Salt pepper



PREPARATION

Peel the peaches, remove the kernels and cut them into pieces.
Cut the Parma ham into strips.

Drain the mozzarella then cut it into thin strips.

Mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper
in a large salad bowl.

Add peaches, Parma ham and mozzarella.

Add the arugula and mix gently.
Serve well fresh.
